Please note that in the event of our reopening, we will be following safety guidelines and expect that all clients comply with the required procedures:

  • Only three clients will be allowed in the reception area at a time

  • Please use hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the clinic 

  • Every client will be required to register using our QR code using your device - This information will only be used for tracing procedures, should there be a need. 

  • Please maintain social distancing of 1.5m from other clients 

  • Attending your appointments alone as there will are restrictions as to how many clients will be allowed in the clinic at any one time

  • Allocating time between appointments to clean and sanitise rooms and highly touched surfaces thoroughly

  • We ask all clients to please run on time so there are no overlapping of treatments (appointments may be refused if you are late


Furniture and floor stickers have been positioned in the clinic to help clients stay at least 1.5m apart – please follow these indicators when entering the clinic, as well as directions from our staff members.

Take personal action to reduce exposures and stay healthy

   The most important action is to practice good hand hygiene.

   Take the following steps to reduce your exposure and chances of getting ill with COVID-19:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use the hand sanitiser provided

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands

  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, throw soiled tissues in the bin and clean your hands with soap and water or sanitiser. If you don’t have a tissue, cover your sneeze or cough with your elbow

  • Stay home if you are sick and don’t expose others. If you are unwell with flu-like symptoms, do not go outside your property or home, do not go to work, school or shops unless it is essential

  • What happens if I start to feel unwell while I am visiting? Tell a staff member immediately. Viva staff have all undergone basic infection control training

  • What happens if I am feeling unwell before I visit? Please contact the clinic on (02) 9739 6520 to cancel the appointment and reschedule. We ask that you stay home until you are feeling better
